FOR HOME BUYERS AND SELLERS
Home and Pest
(Wood-Destroying Organism (WDO)) Inspection:
Provides a
comprehensive baseline of overall home health. The resulting knowledge
lets buyers and Realtors make confident, informed decisions regarding
a home purchase.
Cost: $350*
Indoor Air Quality Testing:
Provides a comprehensive air quality audit of the chemicals in the indoor air — Volatile Organic Compounds (VOCs), Mold VOCs (the chemicals emitted from actively growing mold) and Formaldehyde. For more information, click here.

Engineering Certification for Manufactured Home Foundation (Tie-Down Inspection):

FOR NEW HOMEOWNERS
11-Month Warranty Inspection:
Similar to Home and Pest (WDO)
inspection, provides new homeowners with a neutral, third-party report
that can help facilitate component repair. This kind of inspection is best
done 1 to 3 months before warranty expiration. Includes a full Pest (WDO) Inspection.
Cost: $350*
FOR EXISTING HOMEOWNERS
Pest (WDO) Only Inspection:
This
inspection focuses on identifying conducive conditions for, and damage caused by, pests
(WDOs).
Cost: $250*
Maintenance Inspection:
Provides owners with a home
“checkup” to verify that it is being properly maintained. Best done every
1 to 2 years to ensure that components are kept in good working
order. Includes a full Pest (WDO) Inspection.
Cost: $350*
